Tribal Enrollment
The current blood degree required to become a member of the Northwestern Band of Shoshone is 1/8. A family pedigree chart must be filled out as well as an enrollment form. The applicant will then be reviewed by the Tribal Council for approval or non-approval. For information regarding enrollment, contact us.
Information about new Tribal ID Cards
Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation has new Tribal ID cards available for qualifying Tribal Members and with a small fee. If you're interested in submitting a request for a new ID please see the forms in the buttons below. You may also stop by the Tribal office to complete your registration for a new card. Be sure to bring identification.
